This secret intimacy together with this unique panoramic view reflects the strong identity of this Hotel that has the privilege to narrate its timeless history and noble past.

The ancient walls belong to the ‘1400 and were brought back to light during the refurbishment. They are now the frame of the solarium area and Bar.

At our Pool Bar, from 11 am to 6 pm, all guests of the Metropole Hotel can enjoy an informal light lunch without leaving the pool area: snacks, sandwiches, salads, and much more for a frugal break by the pool.

The Pool Bar is the right place for a light lunch or an alternative aperitif from one of the panoramic terraces of the Metropole Hotel. Try the excellent cocktails prepared by our bartender and the best Etna wines accompanied by tasty tastings based on seasonal products from our area. A more informal alternative to Metropole’s Neo Bistrot, in an equally exclusive and relaxing location overlooking the bay of Naxos and the Greek Theater.

Our Pool Bar is open to hotel guests who want to relish an aperitif with a view in an exclusive and elegant setting.
